Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with customers online, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner to foster community relationships.
- Stay ahead of digital trends, competitor activities, and industry news to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
- Work with cross-functional teams to align social media campaigns with product launches, promotions, and other company initiatives.
- Organize and lead social media campaigns that drive customer engagement and conversion.
- Prepare monthly reports summarizing social media performance and growth metrics to share with the leadership team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to convey ideas clearly and compellingly.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their audiences, and best practices.
- Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics software (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and attention to detail.
- Experience in creating and managing paid social media advertising campaigns.
